Cactus Reports

To find the list of reports, click on the Report Window icon, to the left of the key icon.  You can filter the report list by selecting a tab or default to the All Reports tab.  Double-click on the name of the report below for more information about the report and how to use it.

Credentials

Assignment Requirements - prints the assignment requirements table, which defines which Areas of Concentration and Endorsements are required for each assignment

Authorization Counts - generates counts of the various types of authorizations that have been requested for the current school year

Authorization Request - lists authorizations requested during a designated time period

Authorizations by Subject Area - lists authorizations requested after a given date, by selected subject area

Basic License Areas Expiring - prints basic Areas of Concentration expiring in June of selected year

Board Report - License Detail - generates a list of educators who have received a license during the designated time period

Board Report - License Summary - counts of levels of licenses printed between the designated dates

Educators by Assignment - For selected assignments and selected institution, shows educators who hold the assignment and if they are USOE and NCLB qualified along with % qualified for each institution. Can retrieve prior years.

Educators on State-Approved Endorsement Program

Endorsements and Degrees - lists current educators with their years of experience, degrees and endorsements

License Areas by Institution - lists all educators at a selected institution, with the license areas they hold

License Areas Expiring - prints all Areas of Concentration expiring in June of selected year

License Levels by School - lists number of licensed educators and license levels by school

Licenses not Renewed Prior to 7/1 - for a selected institution, lists all the educators whose license was expired by USOE on 6/30 and was not renewed on 7/1

NCLB Not Highly Qualified - list educators who, according to CACTUS assignments, are not NCLB Highly Qualified

NCLB Qualified Pct by School & Subject Area - percentage of NCLB Highly Qualified educators by school and subject area

NCLB Qualified Pct by School & Subject Area, Educator - percentage of NCLB Highly Qualified educators by school, subject area, and educator

Print License

State-Approved Endorsement Plan - lists all educators in a selected institution who are working on the state-approved endorsement plan

Underqualified YIC Educators - lists all underqualified YIC educators

Underqualified Educators by Subject Area - by selected institution and subject area, lists all educators who are not fully qualified for their position

Underqualified Educators - by selected institution, lists all educators who are not fully qualified for their position

Schools

Principal Comparison - compares the administrator listed on the school table with the educators who have an administrative assignment by school

Finance & Statistics

Average Contract Salary - prints the average contract salary report

Average Contract Salary Detail - prints the detail information on all educators in the district; to use in auditing the Average Contract Salary report

Educators Assigned to Closed Schools

FTE Stats for Licensed Personnel - runs 6 reports to compute various counts for the pupil/teacher ratio

FTEs by District - Summary list of FTEs by Finance & Statistics category

FTEs by District by Educator  - lists the FTE for each educator by selected institution

FTEs by Ethnicity/Gender - summarizes all educators by district, race/ethnicity and gender

FTEs by School Type/Ethnicity/Gender - summarizes all educators by district, school type, race/ethnicity and gender

Historical Educators at a School - Lists all educators who have ever been assigned to a school.

Assigned Teachers without Degree - lists all educators working half-time or more, who do not hold a degree

Principal Comparison - compares the administrator listed on the school table with the educators who have an administrative assignment by school

FTE Summary Counts - shows the total FTE for each selected institution

Professional Staff Cost - prints the Professional Staff Cost report

Detail of Professional Staff Cost - prints each educator showing where they fall in the staff cost calculation

Supplies & Materials Detail - lists each educator who will receive Supplies & Materials money

Assignments

Assignments by Institution - for a selected institution, lists each educator with the assignments they have

Assignments with Degree - for a selected institution, lists educators selected by assignment with their degrees

Educators by Selected Assignment - for a selected assignment, shows all the educators at a selected institution who hold that assignment

First Year Educators - lists all educators for whom this is their first year

Background

Incomplete License - lists educators who have completed all license requirements except the background check

Authorization Background - lists educators who have not completed a satisfactory background check, but are waiting for an authorization

Overdue Background - lists background checks that were sent to BCI or FBI more than 8 weeks ago and have not been returned

Incomplete Background - lists background checks that have been returned by BCI or FBI and need to be resubmitted

University Background - lists background results by requesting university and date
