The Assignment Requirements code table defines what areas of concentration and endorsements are required in order to qualify for each assignment (see Assignments table) in the CACTUS system. To be qualified for an assignment, the educator must hold both the area of concentration and the endorsement(s) listed on a given row for the assignment. If no endorsement is listed, only the area of concentration is needed to qualify. If two endorsements are listed, the educator must hold both in addition to the area of concentration.
NLCB only means that the requirement only applies to NCLB and must be satisfied in addition to state requirements.
There are multiple icons for easier viewing and rearrangement of the table.
Print: This window may be printed as is, but a better idea is to click on the print preview icon and arrange the report to fit nicely on a page.
Sort: You can sort on any of the columns by dragging the column to the right side of the sort window.
Filter: Click on the filter icon, and double click on the subject area you want to view. Double click on the filter icon to return to full table view.
Find: Click on the find icon, scroll through the "find where" list to select which column you want to find. Type a value in "find what" to find the row you want. You may search backwards or forwards, or click on the case-sensitive button.
Undo: For that moment when you realize you didn't really mean it.
First: Go to the first row.
Prior: Page up.
Next: Page down.
Last: Go to the last row.
