INFORMATION

ALL INDUSTRY TEST RESULTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY ON THE PROVIDED EXCEL FORM AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD BELOW.

Districts are responsible for submitting student results to the state annually for the 41 tests shown below. In order to qualify for Skills Certification funding, all results must be received on or before June 30th. Any data received after that deadline will be considered for funding the following year.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Official Verification of results (a copy of actual test scores, license, certificate, etc.) must be submitted for each student tested. These may be mailed or faxed to Cindy Hales. See contact information below.
  2. A Skill Certificate Industry Test Report In addition to the official verification all testing information must be reported on the (Excel file).
