1. Practice keying each sentence separately at least twice.
2. Then time how long it takes to type the entire paragraph.  
3. Repeat the paragraph trying to increase speed with each typing.

Every year, I get to visit the office where my friend works. I have more fun going there than school. It is very important to obtain information on office careers. There are so many different opportunities; every person should consider all options. My friend gives me information about other responsibilities in the office. There are very many people who have varied skills working in this office. There are so many more opportunities in office work than I ever imagined. There is no doubt in my mind that I should visit more than once a year. No other career interests me as much as being an office worker.
