  The Utah Pre-Engineering pathway is a flexible option for high schools. In this pathway students are expected to take four applied courses. Each year they need to take a math, science, and language arts courses. It should be the goal for student to complete "Pre-Calculus" by graduation

A High School Physics Option
9th - 12th Grades •Physics with Technology (21.0105) - (Previously called Principles of Technology and Physics: Science and Engineering) Students taking this course will learn physics in Context. They will apply the unifying concepts of: Force, work, rate, power and resistance through the energy systems of : mechanics (linear, angular and thermal), fluids and electromagnetism. This course meets the Utah State Core requirements for physics. Evaluation occurs through both the physics CRT and the skills performance assessment. With the proper endorsement this course can be taught for science credit.
