Occupations Professional Essentials (HOPE) Eligibility:
-- Successful completion of the Health Occupations Professional
Essentials course.
-- Obtain a "C" grade or higher for course.
-- Successful completion of a student portfolio per the guidelines
found on the HOPE curriculum CD.
-- Obtain an 70% or higher score on the National Health Care Foundation
Skills Standards exam
(www.healthsciencetest.com).
-- Students must complete their portfolio prior to taking the National Health
Care Foundation Skills
Standards exam.

Technology
Enhanced Anatomy and Physiology (HTHS 1105/1106) Eligibility:
-- Successful completion of the two-semester WSU Technology Enhanced
Anatomy and Physiology courses
HTHS 1105 and 1106 offered through
a Utah secondary school.
-- Students must be registered in a high school concurrent enrollment program
for HTHS 1105/1106.
-- Students may obtain up to 8 semester credits from WSU.
-- Obtain a "C" grade or higher for courses HTHS 1105 and 1106.
-- Obtain a 45% or higher on the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society (HAPS)
National examination.
Challenge test scores and course final exam scores are
not accepted.
