National Reporting System for Adult Education - NRS
The National Reporting System for Adult Education (NRS) is an outcome-based reporting system for the state-administered, Federally funded adult education programs. Access to the NRS Online Training System, NRS Follow-up Survey Guidelines, NRS Implementation Guidelines, NRS Data Quality Guide and Training, and NRS Data Use Guide is available at this site.

Utah Online Performance Information for Adult Education (UTopia)
USOE funded adult education service providers throughout the state will enter program data into UTopia.  In addition to satisfying federal and state reporting mandates, this system will encompass individual program reporting needs.  In the event that problems occur while using this system, please request assistance at:utopiawebmaster@schools.utah.gov

Compliance Audit Report - PDF
This report, completed by an independent auditor, verifies program outcomes. Due annually: September 15th.

Collected Tuition and Fees - Word
Annual report to the USOE reflecting the monies collected and reported to the district/community-based organizations' business administrator. Due annually: Oct. 1st.

End-of-Year Program Summary - Word
Annual narrative report of program’s successes and areas for program improvement. Due annually: July 15th.

Ongoing student celebrations are to be submitted to the USOE as they occur. Template forth coming.
