Independent Compliance Audit
All adult education programs are required on an annual basis to contract with an independent accountant to validate program outcomes.  Independent auditors are required to submit a copy of the agreed upon procedures report and the written findings describing exceptions, errors, or discrepancies, if any, and the Adult Education Summary with the district/community-based organization and the Utah State Office of Education adult education coordinator, no later than September 15th of each year.
