This report is located in the Health module and prints the immunization status of students or faculty members. The report is highly customizable through the selecting of Options, through the use of queries applied to data fields, and by manipulating the sorting order.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Health | Reports | Immunization Requirements
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
