SIS 2000+ Faculty Data Labels Quick Instructions Last update: 1/20/2001 jmm

This report is located in the System module and is a report function that produces faculty bar code labels or faculty ID labels without bar codes. The bar codes correspond to the Faculty Identification Numbers. These are utility labels that may be used for a variety of purposes, such as file folder labels, ID card labels, etc. Labels may generated for single or multiple tracks. The label output can be sorted alphabetically by name, alphabetically by track, or numerically by Faculty ID#.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. System | Reports | Faculty Data Labels
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
