Healthy STEM 5K

The Utah State Office of Education is going to be hosting the first annual Healthy STEM 5K and STEM Fair on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 8 a.m. at the Salt Lake Center for Science Education in Salt Lake City, Utah. This event combines exercise for the body and mind and is intended for teachers, students, administrators, and community members. The event will be sponsored by SelectHealth. 

The 5K finish line will be at the STEM Fair featuring Utah’s STEM community organizations presenting their best projects and resources for teachers. The fair will also have hands-on activities for children and students.
