Needs Assessment

All schools receiving Utah College and Career Readiness School Counseling Program/CCGP funds are required to complete a formal Needs Assessment every three years. This is a written/electronic survey that must be completed by the important school stakeholders: administrators, counselors, faculty, parents/guardians (representative percentage) and students (random sample). The Needs Assessment addresses CCGP student outcomes in the four areas of

  1. Academic/Learning,
  2. Life/Career,
  3. Multicultural/Global Citizen, and
  4. Social/Emotional Development
