Exercise:     Sydnee Dickson: Developing Group Beliefs

 

Sydnee Dickson, Utah State Office of Education Educator Quality and Licensing Director, took work group members through an exercise in refining their beliefs about differentiated pay for educators. The exercise also made use of two readings on differentiated pay: Rewarding Teacher Excellence and Standards-based Teacher Evaluation as a Foundation for Knowledge- and Skill-based Pay.
